Discover Our Outdoor Patio Event Space Come experience our beautifully landscaped 4,000 sq. ft. outdoor patio located in scenic Scripps Ranch, right in the heart of San Diego County. Our Versatile Patio The space includes 35 patio tables (29.5” x 23.5”) with seating for 105 guests and can accommodate up to 375–400 guests with a mix of seated and standing reception-style layouts. Your rental includes: - Professional AV package: two speakers, two microphones, and a 75” TV for music, presentations, or slideshows - Two stages for entertainment, speakers, or special moments - Market lighting & ample power to set the perfect atmosphere - Complimentary parking for you and your guests - Free WiFi to keep everyone connected - ADA-accessible facilities - Clean, private restrooms - Convenient access to public transportation Need more flexibility? Additional tables, chairs, heaters, linens, or stylish belly bars can be arranged through our trusted rental partners for an added fee. Your Event, Your Way Our patio offers a versatile canvas for any occasion, from lively corporate gatherings to weddings, holiday parties, and intimate celebrations. You’re welcome to bring your own décor to personalize the space. For added convenience, we offer early setup or extended cleanup options (including 24-hour reservation add-ons). Standard rental allows one hour before and one hour after your event for setup and breakdown. Thoughtful Amenities - We include 6’ tables and linens for food and beverage needs as part of your rental. Upgrades such as china service, additional staffing, floral design, heaters, and event coordination are available upon request. Food & Beverage Services - Preferred Vendor: Emjaye Inspired is the exclusive on-site food and beverage partner, offering full catering and bar packages (cash bar, partially hosted, or fully hosted options). - Outside Vendors: We are open to fully licensed and insured outside catering vendors with prior approval. Please note: hourly rental increases to $250/hr when outside food & beverage vendors are used, and facility access will be limited to power and minimal water supply. - Bar Services: All events held onsite at Emjaye Inspired venues requesting bar service will be staffed exclusively by our team, regardless of whether catering is contracted. Pricing & Policies Rental Rate: $200/hr (two-hour minimum). Security/Cleaning: - Certain events may require hired security. - Clients are responsible for cleanup; if the venue is not returned to its original condition, a $500 cleaning fee will apply. Booking Window: Reservations require at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellation Policy: - Cancel 90+ days prior: 100% refund (including fees). - Cancel 7–30 days prior: 50% refund (excluding fees). - Cancel within 7 days: non-refundable. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
