East Fort Lauderdale Waterfront Ocean Access Canal Single Family home with free form in-ground pool & Jacuzzi in a lush tropical setting. 30ft. Sea Ray Cruiser at the Dock, Tandem Kayak, Mountain Bikes, Dive gear, Pool toys, and props on site. Poolside Dive in Movies with 150inch mega screen and Surround Sound available for special events.. Dm for details! Full patio seating and additional outdoor amenities to complete the scene with Palm trees in a lush tropical setting. 22 x 40 Great room with high volume ceilings provides ample height for lighting and high angle shots. Nicely appointed as shown, complete with Pool table and Far infrared Sauna in Queen bedroom. Experienced host with Gourmet in house catering available to keep you happy and productive!

Lee is an excellent host with top-tier communication. We were able to watch the soccer game via projector and serve food all outside by the pool. It was an amazing experience! My party loved it, when I have another I’ll definitely come back to this one!

We celebrated my mom’s 90th birthday party with Lee who is a highly experienced and accommodating host. We planned weeks in advance and maintained frequent and random text queries with Lee as we live out of town in Colorado and California. The space was comfortable and we all felt at home. There is a great sound system in a very private setting. Not everyone can invite complete strangers into their home and create a welcoming atmosphere. My mom gave us 5 perfect stars for her party which I could not have pulled off without Lee there to help me. Thanks for remembering the Cuban coffee and taking that task off my list, I would have totally forgotten that one. Lee truly went above and beyond, and we could not be happier with the choice to rent his space. We are leaving with lasting memories of both the party and our wonderful host.
