Cre8ive Space 3-4, an approximately 300 sq foot meeting room, is our newly remodeled permanent conference table set-up, ready to be booked for any meeting or presentation you might have. With the ability to accommodate up to 15 people, Studio 3-4 houses a sturdy conference table, versatile lighting, acoustic insulation, mobile dry-erase boards, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for presentations, screenings, and more. Space 3-4 will be the perfect location for your off-site activities! Our space: -Doorman building -Hardwood floors -Versatile lighting -Acoustic insulation with sound-dampening -Dedicated extra-wide hallways -3 restrooms (1 ADA accessible) Made up of 13 individual spaces, Cre8ive can accommodate multi-room bookings and a plethora of different uses. Our dynamic spaces are conveniently located just steps from Penn Station/NJ Transit, walking distance from all subway lines, along with several cafes and restaurants. Amenities include: -Wi-Fi -On-site staff available at all times -Water dispenser with cold and sparkling water -Coffee/tea package available upon request -Rentable projector and speakers -If you require any specific A/V, photography, lighting, or other equipment feel free to ask us! Our flexible furniture options include multiple table sizes and chair options, along with standard room layouts. Please tell us how you would like your space set up! Bookings that are less than our minimum hours may be made within 24 hours of the event. If your booking needs to be made further out, please contact us. For schedule optimization purposes, bookings of less than 3 hours may be moved to another room of the same type. Electricity is provided 100% by renewable (wind) energy.
