About the Space

Beautiful garden level basement studio overlooking the City of Escondido (guest suite underneath main home). The studio features a separate, private entrance with captivating views of both the backyard garden and city skyline. Enjoy access to the backyard which includes a large deck and entertaining space as well as an outdoor fireplace & steamy jacuzzi. There is a large tv center with netflix, amazon, hulu and starz included in addition to access to high speed wifi. Perfect for gatherings.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Yes, I would book again.

LaRee is an amazing host the the place itself is awesome! As we were using the backyard I can say that it's a bit loud outside due to freeway being so close but everything else is great!
