About the Space

Book my gothic home for photo and video shoots! You will have access to the living room and the master suite, possible other rooms depending on who lives here at the time (we have a revolving door of guests here). There is also a piano here, which is great for acoustic music videos! I'm open to all types of shoots, and do not mind nudity. The house is rather small though so no more than 15 people. While we are not located on a big piece of land, we are friends with a neighbor that has a huge piece of wooded property that you can use for a small fee!

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

This was the perfect location to shoot a couple of scenes for our indie sci-fi feature! Very original facade and interior. The view is incredible too. We enjoyed working with the host, who is an artist herself and fully understood the needs of our production. Still can't believe we found such a cool spot!
