The Creative Nest Loft is an intimate loft apartment with an industrial feel. With exposed concrete and endless natural light, this is the perfect space for photoshoots, filming, recording, and filming podcasts, small dinners, and other intimate events. The Creative Nest Loft has an open floor plan and patio with a peaceful view. The space is equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, and dishes. The living room space can be left as is, or furniture can be removed for a more open feel. Bathroom is located inside the 1 bedroom ( bedroom is for bathroom use ONLY. not apart of rental unless previously arranged). WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES. This space is here help to bring your creative visions to life. The Creative Nest looks forward to sharing our space with you soon.

Space is disinfected and probably cleaned after each booking. Disinfectant and disposable mask available for guest use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
