About the Space
The Creative Nest Loft is an intimate loft apartment with an industrial feel. With exposed concrete and endless natural light, this is the perfect space for photoshoots, filming, recording, and filming podcasts, dinners, and other intimate events. The Creative Nest Loft has an open floor plan and patio with a peaceful view. The space is equipt with a full kitchen, dishwasher, and dishes. This space also comes with a simple grey photography backdrop for your use. *The living room space can be left as is, or furniture can be removed for a more open feel. Bathrooms are located inside the 2 bedrooms ( bedrooms are for bathroom use ONLY. not apart of rental unless previously arranged). WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES. This space if here help to bring your creative visions to life. The Creative Nest looks forward to having you share our space with you soon.

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
