This is a 1,500 sq ft modern home located in New Malden, United Kingdom, with fully installed smart devices (eg Smart lock, several RING cameras, alarm and RING Doorbell). Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you're interested. Uses: • Photo/Film Shoot • Content Creation • Meetings • and so much more! I will be onsite, in my study unlisted room, and available for light questions but no assistance. The Entire house can be booked without me present, at an additional fee. Please review Add-ons. There are two indoor Persian cats that can be moved into the unlisted room during your stay.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
