Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between all bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
The Red Door Retreat is suitable for gatherings with a purpose such as professional retreats, couples retreats, business meetings, bridal showers, book clubs meetings, city council meetings, etc. The Red Door Retreat is a classy space with ample parking for small gatherings. The retreat has two open living rooms, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom, a patio, and outdoor open space that can be utilized. The bedrooms will be exempt from event use.

Free onsite parking on the premises of the home that will accommodate up to 10 vehicles.
General Rules

-Must be 21 or Older to Book
Current Photo ID and Matching Payment Method are Required
-Guests are not permitted to use the fireplace.
-No access to the basement.
- This is a private property with great sound protection. Home is located in an established neighborhood, please be respectful. Quiet neighborhood hours are from 11PM to 8AM. During after hours please maintain the event in the backyard or in the home.
- No Smoking or Vaping within 25 feet of the home entrances. Please do not throw butts on the ground. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fine.
- Absolutely no illegal drugs. This property is a drug-free zone (GA. Code Ann. 16-1332). Any violation will be subject to Georgia law. No pets or service animals allowed on property. For the protection of the home and guest please refrain from burning candles or incense.
