About the Space Fairy Hill studio is a 2250 sq ft open space,plus 0ne and a half acre outdoor lush garden area featuring huge windows with Mediterranean columns and statues and koi fish pond on one full side. The studio is beautifully decorated. Studio has been used for photo shoots and films *** Your setup / clean up has to be WITHIN your booking period. Please ASK to confirm for future availability days.We are mostly booked sometimes even 3 to 4 months in advance.if you think your photo shoot may extend for the next day, please book the minimum hours and days accordingly so you can complete the shoot. *** Please note, this is NOT a sound proof space. We would highly recommend bringing in great audio recording equipment and sound proofing tools as we could not control the sound from our surrounding area.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This location was stellar. We were able to host an event with a fairly large group of people (a little over 30), and the venue owner was super nice and accommodating!
