We are a professional ads production company, so check it out! Our space is located in Flushing, Queens, NY. We have 1500 sq ft of space to use for your photoshoots, video shoots, and small intimate events. Our studio is a 10-minute walk from the main street, flushing the train station. The nearby train is 7 line. Set-up and break-down time are included in the hours you book so please take that into account upon booking our space. We operate under a system of self-sufficiency. Our team will be in communication with you in regards to how to get in after your booking is confirmed as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have. **PLEASE NOTE** Being that our studio works on self-sufficiency, we expect our clients to upkeep the space and leave it in the way it was presented to you at the start of your session. We have a cleaning fee of $25 if space is left unclean and disorganized. *PLEASE NOTE* Any bookings under our three hr Minimum will incur an overtime fee of 1.5 the hourly fee, this fee applies after the first 15 minutes past your check-out time. The color backdrops we offer are white, grey, & black. They are $10.00 per pull. We also offer a green screen for $20.00 per pull. Any other specific color request would be a cost of $60.00. All other equipment listed below is included in the rental rate. *If there are any questions in regards to equipment, please ask staff and we’ll assist you.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
