HERE, YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING YOUR OWN UNIQUE STYLE AND EXPERTISE TO GROW YOUR PERSONAL PRACTICE, ONE-ON-ONE CLIENTELE, OR SPECIALIZED GROUP OFFERINGS. THIS HAVEN IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU TO SHARE YOUR MAGIC, WITHOUT ANY COMMITMENTS, EXPECTATIONS, OR LONG-TERM AGREEMENTS. IT WAS CREATED FOR YOU TO INCUBATE, EXPAND, AND INSPIRE.

The Nest ABQ Basic house rules and User Agreement 1. Enjoy our beautiful space while you build your practice!! 2. This community space is brand new and as a user please help keep it this way for others in our community. It’s our hope that you leave the space better than you found it. 3. The Floors must be disinfected after you use the wellness room. (no exceptions or a cleaning fee of $75 may be charged) 4. All guests MUST sign a waiver of liability. We have a waiver for you as well and recommend that you get one signed for your own practice. You should obtain insurance for your practice. Its not required but recommended and for most uses it is less than $200 a year. 5. Space currently rents for $20 per hour except: Peak times: Monday thru Friday 5 PM-10-PM it rents for $25.00 per hour. Practitioners need to allow 15 minutes before and after class for clients checking in so there is a 1.5-hour minimum rental for $30 Hours peak time Is Mon-Fri 5 PM-10PM is 37.50. Corporate Rental is $30 per hour with and optional cleaning service available for $50. 6. A cleaning fee up to $75 will be accessed IF space is left uncleaned. 7. Member is responsible for any and all damage to the studio that takes place in your class. 8. There is no parking in front of the building M-Fri 8:30-5:30 PM. You must park on the east side before 5:30 PM Monday thru Friday 9. All members need to be approved prior to use of the space. 10. The NEST will provide general liability insurance for premises liability ONLY 11. The NEST will provide utilities, and regular janitorial services. If you are a regular user and use the space more than 6 hours a week. You need to pay to have it professionally cleaned once per week or a 75.00 Cleaning fee will be assessed. 12. Recommended class fee is $15 for a one-hour class. Clients will be happy to pay a little more to be in a clean bacteria resistant and sacred space. 13. Tenant is responsible for NM sales tax for rentals shorter than 30 days and service and credit card fees. Classes are booked and paid for on an app called “Court Reserve". It’s a strange name its also used for tennis courts. It works well for hourly rentals and lock integration. The app will provide you with a 5-digit code the doors have keypads so you simply enter your code and that gives you access to the room and turns on and then off based on the time booked and paid for. (Example 4:30-7:30 your code will only work during those hours.) space. (Look in your app under My reservations).

Yes, I would book again.

Wonderful space & host. 10/10 I recommend for a small gathering. We hosted a graduation party and the space was perfect. Excellent lighting and sound system and just a beautiful place with a beautiful vibe. Joe was extremely helpful and communicative and I appreciate that he took the time to show me how to operate the technology. Having tables, chairs and linens already there was such a bonus.
