About the Space
Adorable 100-year-old St. Paul farmhouse in the heart of city life with plenty of respite within our home and backyard. Only blocks away from lively shops and local restaurants and cafe's, less than a mile from the light rail and Allianz Field. We're 10 minutes from downtown St. Paul, and 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home maintains old charm, crooked and quirks including a clawfoot bathtub, a quirky, sweet porch, and original woodwork with stairs with some classic decor. We have the comfort of present day needs, including updated appliances, central air conditioning, wifi.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
