About the Space
Studio 501 is a two hour minimum studio rental. This beautiful natural light studio is very versatile; offering everything you need for a successful photo shoot. There are tan, yellow, mocha, white and exposed brick walls that work well as backdrops for your session. The 1600 sq ft layout allows for plenty of space to move around, creating multiple looks and options for your session. The studio is located on 5th floor. There is an easy to use freight elevator Dani will show you how to operate or stairs to walk up. Studio amenities: *Natural light *Black-out curtains on two main windows *Bright and airy, as well as dark and moody options *Multiple background options and shooting bays *Mobile make up station *Rolling full body length mirror *Rolling cart for camera equipment *Wardrobe rack with plenty of hangers *Private changing room * Wifi *Refrigerator *Coffee pot/Tea Pot *Storage *Passenger use freight elevator to studio, helpful for transporting wardrobe and equipment *Great view of downtown *Excellent coffee shops and restaurants nearby *Close to major highways in NE MPLS

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Dani is always super accommodating and responsive. Her space is always clean and ready for our session— even started some space heaters for us to ensure the space is warm.
