About the Space
Lovely space perfect for photo or videoshoot and small gatherings (preference given to party inquiries mostly using the outside/backyard space). Open-concept kitchen and living room, two bedroom, two bathrooms, laundry room. Loads of natural light, light hardwood floors, and high-end fixtures. Large, sunny backyard with lots of greenery and patio string lights. House and back yard have street-level access. Generally available within 48 hours. No overnight stays can be negotiated.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Amit was a wonderful host and very accommodating. Very easy to check in and check out. The space was wonderful, spacious, and comfortable. Would definitely consider booking again.

The space was amazing, very open and great for entertaining my dinner guests. It had great options of dining either outside or inside. Since it was a cold night I opted to dine inside. Otherwise outside would’ve been the perfect choice with the string lights ambiance. Only thing I would say to improve the experience was that there was no soap in the bathroom to wash hands properly. Had to keep going to the kitchen to use the soap there.

Amit was helpful and allowed our video team to complete a location scout for one hour in the space prior to booking our shoot. The space is very clean and modern and Amit has been most accommodating to our needs. We look forward to shooting here.
