This listing is solely meant for photoshoots or filming events. No parties or gatherings of ANY kind is allowed here. Very quiet neighborhood which we intend to respect at all times. Number of crew cannot exceed 15. Various, meticulously designed outdoor/indoor spaces perfect for photoshoots. A 400 Sq. Ft. upper deck with a view of Topanga Mountains, the enormous 700 Sq. Ft. lower deck built within the oak trees, The open air back yard and fire pit area all delicately designed and furnished for guests' use.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
