Aether Room requires a damage deposit for all bookings. This can range from $300-$1000 depending on the nature of the shoot. This must be paid the day of before setup begins. We accept cash, cashapp or zelle for the deposit. The deposit is fully refundable provided all policies are upheld, no damage has occurred, no extra time is needed, and headcount does not increase.
Aether Room charges a manager fee and/or security guard fee depending on the size and length of the booking. These are not automatically included in your total since smaller photo shoots do not require these fees. If your booking has over 10 people or will go longer than 3 hours you will be required to hire one of our security guards. For bookings larger than 20 people you will need to add both a security guard and manager.
The front door must remain locked at all times once the shoot has begun. For smaller shoots without security all guests will need to stay inside (no going in and out) . If you anticipate needing to go in and out let us know and we will add a security fee. If for any reason client does not follow this rule we will automatically add a security guard fee to the booking and will assign someone to sit at the front door.
Aether Room rental prices are by the hour including set-up and break-down of events, photoshoots, and video shoots. If additional time is needed the day of the shoot, you will be charged 1.5x the hourly fee at the time you decide to extend. If a client refuses to pay the extra fee, Aether Room reserves the right to withhold the client's security deposit.
Aether Room rental prices increase based on the number of attendees. Weekday prices start at $80 per hour and Weekend prices start at $100 per hour for up to 4 guests. There is an additional charge of $20 per hour for 5-9 guests, $50 charge for 10-14 guests, $80 charge for 15-19 guests, $120 charge for 20-29 guests, $150 charge for 30-39 guests, $180 charge for 40-50 guests, and $220 charge for 50-60 guests. If the headcount is to exceed the agreed upon number of guests then an additional fee according to the above pricing will be applied to the total and the client will be responsible for paying for the extra people at the time that they arrive. If the client refuses to pay, Aether Room reserves the right to turn the guests away or to withold the clients damage deposit.
