Fully equipped photo studio with cyclorama walls, pantograph lighting rails, 12' ceilings, separate green wall cyclorama video studio and recording/podcast soundproof room. Drive in car friendly, garage door access, free ample parking, lounge area with big screen 4K TV, washrooms, change and makeup areas. This is the perfect studio for product, portrait and fashion photography as well as video shooting and recording. Very adaptable space, large prep area, fully equipped with rentable strobes, video lights, booms, sliders etc.

Parking description
Our studio is located very close to the main Highway 403 with easy access to Toronto and beyond. There is ample free parking dedicated to the building as well as parking for catering trailers and trucks in case required.

Lighting description
There is natural light through the large garage door opening. The door can be closed and all studio lights can be used.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Although the studio space does not have sound proofing, there are no busy streets, no neighbour noise etc. Very quiet at all times. There is a soundproof podcast or recording studio in the space as well.

Equipment loading description
There is a large garage door that leads directly into the studio. The studio is located on the ground floor and there is no loading dock but direct access even a car can be brought into the studio.
Staging area is available
Large dressing/bathroom areas as well as lounge and separate meeting rooms are available for use.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

General Rules
The studio consists of 3 separate spaces. A photo studio, a video studio and a podcast recording cubicle. Each space carries its individual rent as per listing. For multiple uses we can work our a discounted rate. After office hours is available under separate agreement. Monthly is available under separate agreement. Equipment such as strobes, video lights available at extra cost. Space to be left in the same condition as found. Any damages will be renters responsibility.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
The studio space is a large empty space so furniture or props can be brought in and/or moved around
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
We have a security system which includes on site cameras. Cameras are not positioned in the studio or amenity spaces.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have a Covid Safety plan in place which is in compliance with the Health and Safety standards set by the local authorities.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
The space has informational signage including:
