About the Space
This one-of-a-kind mid-century modern gem is on the National Register of Historic Places. Nestled on a wooded private lot, it has an open floor plan with a stone fireplace, marble floors, built-ins, lots of glass windows, and is very close to downtown. It is a beautiful, unique, and serene refuge! Called The Daniel House, the house was built in 1949 by renowned architect James Fitzgibbon. The house is on the National Registry of Historic Places. Most of the furniture is comprised of authentic mid-century modern pieces. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
