Apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest! Hand sanitizer and cleansing wipes available in apartment.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This place is very modern and perfect for gatherings, photography, video or other activities. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is 1,116 sq ft. Large living area with desk and balcony. Also tons of modern amenities like a massive gym, huge pool (closes for winter season, but hot tub open year round). Coffe maker, rice maker, water filter, spices, oils, everything to make a home complete. Very easy to access and has keyless entry.

No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed in building. No pets allowed. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet times are from 10pm to 7am Please keep track of keys. Please take care of the furnishings. If furniture is broken, items are stained or damaged please notify me so I can rememdy the incident sooner than later. Please do not rearrange the furniture. No unregistered guests allowed. All guests over 18 must have a valid ID. No packages or mail delivered to this address. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Host is not responsible for any injuries,illness or addicents during your stay.
