About the Space
Come enjoy the spectacular sunsets in this beautiful beach getaway home. A short 5-10 minute walk will bring you down to the sandy shore where you can spot dolphins and collect seashells. This 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home has a private rooftop deck with peekaboo ocean views. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Bars and restaurants are walking distance as well as the pier. This space is perfect for photoshoots, wedding and baby showers, meetings or even film production. Please message me for open dates prior to making a booking request as this is also a vacation rental. If you have flexibility in your dates let me know.

General Rules

Furniture and Decorations may be moved but must be returned to original location

Security cameras and recording devices
There are video cameras outside the house but they will be off.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a professional licensed cleaning crew clean after every booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
