About Rift Studios
Music recording complex in South Williamsburg with a rustic decor, unfinished pine wood lined live room, tree bark, and wood and metal cabinetry. Includes three control rooms with various recording consoles and gear and a large, 500 sq. ft live room with 15 ft ceilings. *LIST PRICE IS FOR THE LIVE ROOM ONLY* If you need more rooms and/or an engineer, please inquire. Aside from its primary purpose recording music, the space is also used for music video shoots, live in-studio performances, commercials, web series, and photoshoots.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

This studio was perfect and Tom was a great host! I was looking for a studio with a nice sounding room for my project and this recording room sounds really good and has such a welcoming vibe. Emma assisted us through the whole process and I couldn’t ask for a smoother recording session! I would definitely come back again
