About the Space

Amazing whole-floor loft in a historic mid-19th century property 2 minutes from the river. Great natural light and a photographers dream. Enjoy the scenic river and amazing sunset views. Soak in our stunner free-standing claw-foot tub, recharge in the sunlit living room, work in the reading/writing alcove, or relax by the bay windows with a cup of coffee. No kitchen, but we have a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, plates, and cutlery. - Living room with seating for 6; - Dinning room with seating for 6; - Bay window with bench cushion; - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed; -1 bathroom with tub and shower; - large window overlooking the river and 2 bay windows across the space; and - High exposed ceilings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
