About the Space
A single family home in the Caledonia subdivision of Yorkville. This 1,950 square feet home was build in 2019. The living room setting is minimal with open plan to the kitchen and dinette. The is a powdered room downstairs for the guest. We are located off Route 47. The great room Kitten and dining area can be used for photoshoot .

We practice enhanced cleaning, we go beyond the basic cleaning to sanitize and deep clean the surfaces. We also place all linens, throw clothes and pillows in the dryer.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
