About the Space

Encompassing the entire 1st floor, Ideally located right along the West Sam Houston Parkway offering high end office space. This four story building has ample parking with a card key entry system. It sits on 2.41 acre with over 750 parking spaces. Built in 1981 and renovated in 2014, it has updated fixtures and finishes. About a 40 minute drive to the William P. Hobby Airport, a 35 minute drive from Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport, and a 50 minute drive to Ellington Field Airport.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Great facility for our drone mapping 2-day workshop. A bit tricky to get on-site to pick up a building key card for weekend access. Rebecca isn't on-site and connected us with the M-F on-site host Xio. One thing to noe - codes are required for the restrooms. This meant the students needed to exit the conference center and then have the security pass (or someone at the door) to let them back in. This was managed very well by our team (as there isn't anyone on-site on weekends) but could be an issue to folks who do have assistance.
