About MOB Studios
Our three-story venue is designed to bring your vision to life, whether you're hosting a private event, meeting, photo or video shoot, or podcast. With an open, spacious layout on the upper two levels, this space offers flexibility for any setup you need. We've made things easy-our sound system, projectors, wireless mics, Dj hookups and customizable smart lighting are all ready to go in our add-on multimedia package. You can even connect right from your phone or laptop. Whether you're hosting a party or a meeting, you'll have everything you need to make it a personalized experience for your guest. Need to bring in equipment? No worries. There's an indoor loading dock (yes, out of the rain!) and hand trucks to help you out. Plus, we've got fast Wi-Fi and a small kitchen area for food prep —just note there's no oven, but we've got a small stovetop if you need it. Additionally, we offer professional recording and streaming services at your request. We are available for walk-throughs so you can get a better feel of the space. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Zechariah was nothing, but helpful and kind when we wanted to book this space! He wad very communicative and straight forward with his listing. We picked this place for a 30th birthday party and it was a huge success. Our friends were able to get their dj gig going and it was more than enough space! Highly recommend, already looking to book our next event here

This venue is absolutely amazing! I would happily book it again. The space can accommodate people comfortably as there are 3 separate floors. The dance area and speaker system is incredible. My contact at the venue Zech was extremely kind, patient, and communicative. He always responded to me quickly and even let me stop by the venue twice before my booking so I could test things out and answer my questions. I couldn’t recommend this space more!

Zechariah was very chill as a host the the place is uniquely decorated with three floors to work with. You can fit a lot of different activities here and it’s great to just throw up YouTube karaoke on the screen and sing your heart out

Truly one of the best venues I have ever been to/seen. Everyone who came could not stop raving about it- this one will blow your guests away, no matter what event you are hosting. The amenities, layout, art and design- all perfect. The host was fantastic to work with and great at communicating. Would book 10000 more times!!!
