- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

About the Space
This Beautiful space in the heart of Seattles SODO district is perfect for photo and video shoots, podcasts, and to hold private events or meetings. There is three stories of usable space including a recording studio on the bottom floor and a very open layout on the upper two levels. We provide easy access to our in house sound system and projectors with easy casting from phones or laptops for you event or meeting also including wireless mics, DMX and smart lighting for easy product or company customization. WIFI We also have a small kitchen with a stove top (no oven). There is a very professional loading dock inside the building (and out of the rain). We also have small hand trucks to help with smaller loads. First of all let me start by saying how amazing, genuine, and talented all of the people that work and own this space truly are. By simply booking with them they opened up their entire operation, and services to me. Not only is the space above and beyond what I imagined it would be but the quality and production that they offer is by far the best in the state. These guys are awesome individuals who offered all of their support and resources to every element of my production, and I’ll forever be grateful! I’ve already started planning my next session and rehearsal in this space and I have also referred several friends as well. If you are looking for an all in one studio, rehearsal, private event, film production, live musicians, expert mixing/mastering, concert venue then this is the space for you!
