Stop. You have found the perfect space for your next meeting, photoshoot, or get-together. Located in Hamilton Heights, this Brownstone Duplex features a game room, spacious lounge area, and 4 bedrooms. It is perfect for a small photoshoot, interview, or intimate dinner. Great for small films/content creation.

There is free street parking on a first come first serve basis. I do recommend public transportation if you are packing light.

Each bedroom and living room upstairs has windows. The basement level with the game room does not have any windows.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Neighbors are very difficult to hear in game room. It's in the basement. The street is quiet. The ACs can be heard during the warm months when they're in the windows.

Equipment loading description
You'll need to go down a few steps to reach ground level of the building. There is no loading zone.
Staging area is available
There are several rooms in the apartment that can be used for wardrobe. They are on the small size but useable.

It is a standard apartment so outlets will power most equipment. Inquire if you need any further clarifications.

General Rules
1. No smoking in the house
2. No loud music
3. No patio use after 8:30 PM
4. No shoes in the house, unless you absolutely have to for content creation.
5. No overstays unless authorized.
6. No glitter, confetti, etc. No messy foods. No Smoking weed. Before they leave, guests are required to make sure to move all furniture are exactly back to as they were. Don’t leave any food boxes, trash or dirt. We suggest to plan ahead for at least the last 15 minutes of your booked time for the clean up. If the space is left dirty, messy or not in the original condition, additional cleaning fees may apply.
7. If you book for a dinner event beds in bedrooms cannot be used.

Furniture can be moved but must be placed back at tis original location after you're done.

Security cameras and recording devices
There is a blink camera at the front of the property for security purposes. There is a noise sensor in the apartment as well that is used to monitor music levels. It does not record audio. It just lets me know whether the space is too loud.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
In addition to following CDC and WHO guidelines, we’re providing our housekeeping team with enhanced training, strengthening our cleaning and inspection checklists, and sanitizing high touch surfaces.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
