About the Space
Space is ideal for recording Podcast, Talk shows, interview style shows, etc. We can also live stream from the studio to Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, etc. Studio is equipped with a 3 camera set up, professional switcher, microphones, lav mics and full lighting package. The studio background lighting can also be customized to any color combination possible.

Parking description
On-site lot, $6 for full day. There’s also street parking with meters, $3 an hour. Meter parking is free after 6 pm.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have one Security camera to keep our space safe. Camera is located in the studio entrance and it’s always on. Camera is for security reasons only.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Studio is cleaned and disinfected after every shoot.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
