There are a bunch of street parking that wraps around the building as well as adjacent streets that uses the Park Mobile app. There are also two parking lots nearby that using the 717 Parking app.

• Pets allowed (Please consult with us beforehand) • No Smoking/Vaping • No alcohol • No drugs or illegal activities • Filming in the hallway allowed as long as exit isn't blocked • DO NOT sit on or touch the windowsill as you might fall out of the window and seriously hurt yourself or die - the windows are hella old so just don’t do it • DO NOT stand on the curve of the cyc wall or lean anything against the back of the wall- please stand at least a foot off from the curve when using the cyc. Any damages to the cyc wall may begin at $500. • Leave space as you found it. • NOISE -- We allow music playback -- but at a respectable level. NO EXCESSIVELY LOUD MUSIC • SECURITY CAMERAS - We have security cameras inside the space, please use restroom on the same floor for changing. • DAMAGES - You will be accounted and charged for any and all damages to the space, equipment, or furniture. • INJURIES - We are not liable for injuries and renter takes full responsibility • PARKING - You will need to pay for parking. There are paid meters on the side of the building (from 8a - 12am Monday through Saturday, and from 2pm to 12am Sunday), and can be paid via the ParkMobile App. Additionally, for longer shoots, we recommend paying for parking at either the parking garage or parking lots which are all located within walking distance of the studio. • We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is happening on our property, for the promotion of our location • PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time. After your booking ends we do have a 15 minute grace period to finish resetting the room - if you exceed those 15 minutes you will be invoiced for an additional hour. • All ages are allowed in the space but renters take on full responsibility on verifying the actual age of individuals who they are photographing an/or filming and complying with all of Florida Laws • Production insurance is not required • Furniture and decorations may be moved - but please do a light reset upon your exit. • Plants could be moved gently with care. • We are not responsible for any lost / stolen / damaged equipment during your booking • Wall decorations cannot be removed. • Fog / Smoke machines allowed • No full Nudity allowed • No Pornography of any kind

Yes furniture can be moved but we asked that it is moved back to its original location at the end of your booking.
