About the Space
This beautiful brick studio and event space in located on the ground floor of a two story brick building, with high ceilings & plenty of natural light that comes in through the storefront glass. This 2200 sqft. space consists of a large open floor plan design, perfect for photos shoots, video shoots, group classes, seminars, meetings, and private events. It also has a private office space, kitchenette, and two restrooms. There are front and rear entrances. Please note that there can be no music past 10pm. Book your event or production here now!

Nick’s space was perfect for our product shoot. We needed something quick and last minute. Nick responded immediately and made the process really easy. The studio looked better than it’s photos. This is a gorgeous space! The most incredible light and high ceilings that everyone loves. Just good vibes. It’s super clean/organized. Great central location from all areas of LA. But the best part was how communicative and accessible Nick was. From start to finish he was helpful and kind. Looking forward to using this space again!!
