About the Space
This beautiful brick studio and event space in located on the street level of a two story brick building, with high ceilings & plenty of natural light coming through the large storefront glass that look out onto the main road. The space consists of a large open floor plan design, perfect for photos shoots, video shoots, group classes, seminars, meetings, and private events; a private office/studio, kitchenette, and two restrooms, for a total of 2,200 sqft of usable space. The front entrance is accessible from the street, and the rear entrance opens onto a small covered patio and parking lot that can be accessed for load-in and load-out. For private events, music is allowed until 10pm, and must close by 2am. Outside catering is allowed. A private outdoor patio space is also available for a flat $250 rental fee. A refundable $500 security deposit is required upon booking to cover any potential damages. All deposits will be refunded within 72 hours or less from the close of the event or production. Nick’s space was perfect for our product shoot. We needed something quick and last minute. Nick responded immediately and made the process really easy. The studio looked better than it’s photos. This is a gorgeous space! The most incredible light and high ceilings that everyone loves. Just good vibes. It’s super clean/organized. Great central location from all areas of LA. But the best part was how communicative and accessible Nick was. From start to finish he was helpful and kind. Looking forward to using this space again!!
