Flooded with direct beautiful light, 2 floors with staircase, wood floors and high ceilings, this quiet duplex is perfect to shoot lifestyle still and video content within a home environment. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

We had a very last minute cancellation for a space to shoot some video content and Carlota very quickly got back to me to help with booking her space as a backup. The space is beautiful, well lit, and provided us with many options for our shoot. Highly recommend this space.

Carlota’s space was exactly as pictured and perfect for our film shoot. Even with overcast, the light fills the space. The space was designed minimally but beautifully designed nonetheless. It was a great place to spend our day. I’m grateful to have had such a welcoming and communicative host.
