Good Time Film Studio is a film/video/movie production studio in the heart of Hudson Valleys Poughkeepsie. We are filmmakers at heart but our studio also serves photographers just as well. In fact, as of 2023, studio tone is basically split down the middle between filmmakers and photographers alike. We also host events, meetings and parties at Good Time. Our space has a pre-lit 35 foot cornered cyc wall with 10 foot ceilings. This cyc part of our studio is equipped with movable and adaptable RGBWW LED Nanlite pavo tubes ranging from 2-8ft in length. Easily detachable and can run off battery. These tubes are great but we also provide over $20K worth of pro level lighting equipment at your disposal. For example, Aputure P300c, Aputure 60x, Amaran F22c, Amaran 200x are our most popular fixtures that come with every booking. Even our light bulbs are Aputure B7c’s. You legitimately don’t need any light, we have it all. We also have a movable movie set area. The area has been staged as a living room, bedroom, bathroom, an office, a classroom, a hall way, etc. It is 8 movable walls and some flooring and works like a legitimate movie set. Some walls have windows or a door and can be re arranged and moved to your pleasing. All our tubes and other lights can be easily mounted over head on our grid. We offer c stands, boom poles, kupo mounts with baby pins, apple boxes, tripods, motion controlled camera sliders, 12ft track/dolly, a short throw laser projector with a 20foot wide view, 30ft black curtain/back drop, 20ft green screen, 20ft blue screen, smoke machine, aerosol haze, v mount power, diffusion mounts, seamless back drops, vintage props, gels, ND’ gels, teleprompter dozens of Bowen’s mount light attachments and more. Along with our cyc wall and our movable movie set we also have a changing room, a private makeup area with natural light, a kitchenette, a movable 8 foot long 4 foot wide work table on wheels, a vintage couch, stools, directors chair, plants, mattress, furniture, various hone props, . We also have Bluetooth connection to an iPhone or iPad to play the music or audio you need for your shoot. Two refrigerators are also on site. Water and coffee on us! Lastly, each booking comes with a studio engineer. We’re here to help you programs the lights and move big or expensive items. We want to set you up for success! We will worry about programming and moving valuable items if you do not feel comfortable doing so. We know this studio like the back of our hand so if you run into a problem we can help solve it on site.
