Westside Modern Home with a Farm House Touch

Our newly constructed modern is great for meetings, private gatherings, baby showers, photoshoots, commercials, and/or music videos. The kitchen has tons of counter space for laying out decor and d'oeuvres. Gold fixtures and emerald green accents bring a modern class and style into the space. The main level has 10 foot ceilings and an open layout making it easy to accommodate many guests for your event. We have 12' sliding glass wall that allows for the space to be opened up to the outside. Patio furniture is provided on the back yard patio. With numerous windows in every room the space is perfectly lit for photo or film shoots. Walking distance to the Atlanta Beltline, Slutty Vegan, Monday Night Garage, Best End Brewing, Boxcar and much more. The space holds 25 guests comfortably and 40 guests for a tighter fit. Free parking is offered in the driveway or on the street in front of the house for 6-8 cars. Please read the cancellation policy, rescheduling needs to be done at least 4 weeks in advance to be honored. Please note the garage and bedrooms will not be accessible. To be clear this only includes the living room, kitchen, bathroom and backyard. Also due to neighbor complaints we can no longer allow DJ's or Live Bands past 8pm. Also be sure to include time for set up and break down within your booking hours.
