About the Space
Our space is good for photography shoots - stills and motion. Farm in a valley with three barns: a large two story contemporary red barn, a small rustic 100 year old barn, and a smaller gazebo-style barn. 10 acres of pasture and 32 acres of forest, with a one acre pond and a small blueberry patch. Farmhouse is from 1841, renovated with additions. Open space plan, wide plank hardwood floors, three-season screened porch, wood stove with large stone hearth.

Our space is primarily an exterior space for filming. We limit the number of people allowed to enter the interior spaces at any given time. And we provide cleaning as advised by local government.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
