About the Space

Blank canvas warehouse space available for your next film/photo production. Our newly renovated building has a historic charm and boasts a 10,000 square foot flexible space that can be utilized for all sorts of needs. Please adhere to social distancing (6 feet apart) guidelines. The space has full surround windows with city views.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Very professional host and the space was exactly as pictured! In fact the ability to record audio in the space for our interview turned out event better than we expected considering the surrounding industrial areas. This place IS 5 stars and deserves 5 stars. Access, parking, everything was on-point. Thanks for a perfect location!

Awesome space. Cameron + team took care of all of our needs and more. No ask was too much for them. There are also other unit(s) in the building to rent in case this one doesn't suit you. Can't wait to use this again on my next production!
