About the Space
Great Spacious open layout for photoshoots,video productions, and business meetings. This newly remodeled apartment has a ton of natural light which makes it ideal for photography and videography. This listing includes the main level of the home which includes, kitchen, open living room and dining room, Full bathroom. The lower level includes one full bathroom, a living room space, and a bedroom(furniture not included in lower level bedroom). The two main level bedrooms are off limits to guest .

General Rules
No smoking. Please keep front doors closed at all times. May use and move furniture but must return Back to original placement. No guns of drugs permitted on premises.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
