Welcome to our two story brownstone! The frequent site of student films, commercial shoots and hosting out of towers, you'll be comfortable across both floors and two bedrooms/full bathrooms. The original windows, moldings, floors and cabinetry warm hearts while the elegant modern furniture is immediately intoxicating. Amazing deal in the popular area of Bedstuy. Carefully preserved attention to the historic details, book our home for Brooklyn or Manhattan visits. Incredibly close to the A&C train as well as J train and bus routes throughout Brooklyn. Absolute center of the neighborhood, only a block from the veteran Italian and pizza at Saraghina and neighborhood soul food star Peaches. Great for a family who need separate floor privacy but want to cozy up on the couch!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
