Newly renovated space in the heart of Back Bay, Boston. Pellas Gallery opened in 2019 with a focus on the sales of contemporary art. The location cannot be beat, it is close to all Boston attractions and shops. The Gallery is very accessible by public transportation, and have street parking but also a block away from a large parking garage. Rental fee per day is $3,000 for as many hours as needed Rental fee includes: • Professional event planner. • Two of our team members to help set up, pour drinks, and clean up. • Linens , glass cups , plastic cups , napkins , coffee , teas , plates , sparkling water included. • Private office • 2 smaller tables that could be used for presentations (chairs also available- we have around 12) • 2 large long tables where we usually set up alcohol at our events • Formal desk with Mac desktop for any pictures • Sonos surround system around the gallery • TV for presentation through USB • Kitchenette (no stove) but sink , and a small oven. • Capacity: 100 people Bartender : For our events we use a freelancer — he will do $50 for the entire time to help pour drinks. For a more formal bartender or mixologist, they would range for about $20/ hr. Other : we work with a great DJ that could be hired , he brings professional sound systems for a discounted rate of $400 for the whole night. (Normal rate is $600)

We professionally clean our space every week and between bookings.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
