About the Space
Beautiful creative studio located on a historical street of Chinatown, Manhattan with iconic views. Classic wood floors, mirrors on one wall covering the length of the ballroom, lobby area separate from the ballroom, 2 private restrooms, changing/coat room. Great space for workshops and rehearsals, special events, fashion shows, video and photoshoots. The space is yours exclusively for the time period requested.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters

Would definitely recommend!! I threw my 40th Birthday here- DJ, Dancing, Open bar, and the space was perfect. Such a great space with such great amenities. The storage closet with bars and hangers for guests saves you the headache of figuring out coat storage. The built in benches all around the venue was just such an incredible amenity to have. Saves you the time/trouble of having to fold out chairs and pack up. The Venue is super easy to find, love that its not on the ground level, so it gives you a lot of privacy. The communication made with checking in and check out so seamless!!! With not just written instructions but videos to help break it down. Thank you for making this such a great and memorable night!

The studio is just like in the picture. Very spacious, clean, and organized. I was walking in the neighborhood when I first saw the studio. Before booking I actually stopped by. Staff was actually very kind and helpful. They showed me they studio and how to book, which was long but easy. Day before of my booking day I received an email with details which was very well explained. We did have so much fun at he studio with my private class. Highly recommend for small or big group. Also is very easy to get there.
