This bright, open floor plan is perfect for your next event, party, meeting, workshop or photo shoot. We are located in a historic building in Mission Hills, which boasts upscale retail and dining alongside quiet residential streets. The studio is full of light from two sets of double doors and ample windows. Hardwood floors and white walls offer a clean, minimalist aesthetic while live plants, a deck and canyon views invite the serenity of nature indoors. Included in the rental is a handicap accessible restroom. PLEASE NOTE - our space availability is NOT accurate / posted on Peerspace (due to a calendar incompatibility). Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
