Parking is right in front of the building on the gravel. There is also free street parking across from the gravel parallel to the train tracks.

*NO LOUD CONCERTS OR EVENTS PAST 10PM COVID Due to Covid-19, we have taken extra precaution to protect our staff and customers as they rent the studio such as: - Before entering, all guests must wear masks unless when on stage while filming - We require everyone to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering the studio (provided for you) and maintain as much distance between each other as possible - We sanitize all equipment and surfaces touched and used by all customers CLEANING PROTOCOL Enhanced cleaning measures: -The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities -High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected -Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed -Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage. Protective Gear The following equipment is provided for every guest: -Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels -Hand Sanitizer Physical Distance The space has the following features: Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines Space has access to outdoor air ventilation Space has additional space outdoors Space has been configured to allow for physical distance GENERAL RULES TIME: Your booking includes the time needed for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up. You may arrive at our studio at most 10 minutes before your booking start time, and you must leave BEFORE your booking end time to avoid overtime fees. We will not extend your booking if you are late. Please be aware that we schedule a buffer in between consecutive bookings to ensure we have enough time to clean our studio. EXTENSIONS: You may pay to extend your booking depending on our studio’s schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime as soon as possible so we can determine if your booking can be extended. GUESTS: Please communicate the crew / guest size during booking. Crews of over 15 people will incur additional fees. NO SMOKING OR FIRE: No open fire or illegal drugs is allowed anywhere in our studio. Guests may smoke outside our garage at no extra charge, or, inside our studio for a specific project with explicit permission from our studio host. NO WEAPONS: Guests may not bring weapons, including firearms, explosives, and knives, even if they have a license to carry one. Any guest in violation of this policy will be asked to leave immediately by our studio host. KEEP OUR STAGE CLEAN: We will provide shoe covers (“footies”) for guests to wear when on our stage. Our stage is not guaranteed to be freshly painted before your booking. FOOD: Keep foods and liquids off of our stage and away from our equipment unless you need them for your production. You may use our kitchen for eating and drinking. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF: Take your belongings, place your trash in the designated trash bins, and return all items to their original location before your booking ends. FURNITURE: You may move around select “prop” furniture only if you receive explicit permission from our studio host. Please reach out to us beforehand if you need specific items. DAMAGES: Treat our space and equipment with care. You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself or anyone you allow into our studio during your booking. RESCHEDULING: All guests can reschedule their booking once without being charged a $50 admin fee if their request is more than 7 days in advance of their booking date. If a guest submits a reschedule request within 7 days of their booking, he or she will be charged a $100 admin fee. Any rescheduled bookings must be: 1. For substantially the same duration as the original booking 2. Confirmed before the original start time 3. Rescheduled for a time within 90 days of the original start time. 4. Only rescheduled once. VEHICLES: Vehicles are not permitted within the studio unless a guest first: Gets written approval from a studio manager prior to booking and pays for any damages to studio from vehicle. All ages are allowed in the space Production insurance IS required Furniture and decorations may be moved Some furniture can be moved with permission. Nudity is allowed Security cameras and recording devices on site
