About the Space
The space is just that. A space. No Furniture or Amenities. You can use it for film, Photography, A fitness class, yoga class, prayer session. There is heat in the space to keep you warm. Window for fresh air. Backyard available for additional cost. One Bathroom. The space is not used for parties or large gatherings.

Parking description
There is street parking available across the street from the property and over at the next block. You cannot park in front of property because of public transportation. You can load and unload items as long as your vehicle is not stationed there for a long period of time.
Lighting description
We have one small window towards the back of the space for natural light.

There is a public bus stop in the area.

You can unload and load in front of property but can not park there.
Staging area is available
If needed, the basement can be used for crew and talent at an additional fee.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

- circuit breaker is in the basement and can be assisted with the property manager.
- Four outlets are available for use on the left side and rear of the space.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We follow recommendations from the CDC as well as having a cleaning company come clean the space before next booking. We also have Disinfecting wipes, gloves and face masks if you need.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
