About the Space
Our podcast studio has 4 MXL Dynamic Microphones, 4 OneOdio Headphones, and a Roadcaster Pro. If you need an onsite audio engineer or assistance editing your podcast episode, please select those add-ons. We also can support with 3 camera angles and video editing.

CLEANING / DAMAGES
The cleaning fee is included in our hourly rate, although we do ask that guests leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your needs.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
No beverages or food is allowed in the podcast studio.

Security cameras and recording devices
For the safety and security of our guests, team, and space, we have camera systems at the entrance of the space and two within the space itself. These cameras are on at all times.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Microphone and headphone covers are provided for each guest upon arrival. All surfaces are fully cleaned after every guest as well with disinfecting spray.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
