About the Space
Morristown, New Vernon, Harding country estate, 30 min from NYC and 4 minutes from Rte 287. Highlights are ornate architectural details, tons of windows and light, and many different spaces each with a unique feel. This is a 4,000 square foot home on 3.5 acres, built in 1964. It has a spectacular driveway and entrance. The grounds are gorgeous and natural, with beautiful trees and flowers, contained by split rail fencing. The back yard has a new in-ground pool, bluestone patios, a small ice rink, tree swing, and zip line. The floor plan is sprawling, with the first floor containing a master suite and guest suite, both with floor to ceiling windows. The main living area is also on the first floor and full of light with three sets of French doors to the back yard. This area includes a large open family room with fireplace, a formal dining room with fireplace, a wood paneled library with vaulted ceiling and fireplace, a bright white kitchen with cooktop in island, brick backsplash, and beautiful breakfast nook. Other interesting spaces are the three-season room off the library that could be used as a greenhouse, with vaulted ceiling and beautiful views of the woods, bridle path, patios, and pool. There is also a full finished basement with a small workout room. The house is full of light - floor to ceiling windows in most rooms, main staircase with giant picture window. There is also an 800 foot driveway with plenty of parking for dozens of cars and trucks and a nearby side street for additional parking.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
