About the Space

Our space is full of colors down to the lighting. We also have large store front windows for that natural lighting. We include two lights with diffusers. "It's lit!" That's right! TWO POWERFUL LIGHTS WITH DIFFUSERS (see photos) AND THREE RGB PANEL TOO!!! Everything in the space is yours to use. It's all mobile. Our backdrop wall moves too! The collection of seamless continues to grow, so inquire about the colors you want us to install for your shoot. We have over 12 colors. ...AND YES WE HAVE GREEN SCREEN! (See photos) Plants, couches, chairs, stools, props, etc... So much for you to use for your shoot!

Parking description

Street parking on a flat street. We have a load/unload space immediately in front of the door. On average, there will be a spot across the street or a half a block down the street. Not bad.

Space has natural light

Lighting description

Windows are 9 feet high. You can semi-block the light using the backdrop wall that is on casters. AND as mentioned, there are two Godox SL60W video lights with hexagon diffusers (pictured) and 3 RGB Panel lights.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Not officially soundproof, the space is still very quiet and can keep sound from coming out as well.

We have a small changing room in the back of the space with sink and shower.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

We have a storage closet that should be locked during guest bookings.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Circuit breaker switches are in the back by the bathroom and changing room doors.

General Rules

Please NO SMOKING during your time at the studio. NO CONFETTI. NO GLITTER. Please follow social distancing practices and be safe. It is important that you leave the space how you found it OR better than you found it. All Cleaning supplies are located in the bathroom or under the sink. Wipe down any props, equipment, tabletops, and handles used during your time at the studio. Pick up or sweep any trash throughout the studio. A tall plastic white bin and the small white circular bins are for garbage. The big blue bin is recycling. Please be conscious about what you're throwing away in garbage bins. If it's very smelly, please dispose outside of our space. Most importantly, BE CREATIVE. Oh! ...and when you leave, don't forget to shut off all of the lights you used. Any lights that were on when you arrived, keep those on. Lock the bathroom door in back, lock the door in front and put the key back in the lock box!

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Anything and everything is mobile. Just use common sense and pay us back for anything that is damaged. (Like normal people do.)

No smoke machines allowed

No nudity allowed

We have three (3) cameras in the space: Facing the entry, facing the backdrop, from the rear facing the front.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We are very conscious about the safety of all of our guests and provide masks, hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes at the door.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Rented this space for a photoshoot. Everyone loved that it was on the ground floor (no stairs!), there was ample street parking, it had it's own private entrance, plenty of lighting and multiple backdrops to choose from. It also had a bluetooth stereo system, clothing rack and changing room. It was awesome, highly recommend!
