- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We were shooting a video and all we needed was a local recording studio setting to shoot at and this spot was perfect and more! The studio is well equipped with all the professional tools and equipment needed to produce your very own music as well as cameras (for an extra charge) to shoot the video content! There is also a main lobby area that could be used for office meetings and interview style shoots as well as a green screen wall for creative editing. Not just that, but there is another open studio with a variety of backdrops and props you can use for photo and video shoots. Very nice space with many room options and 2 bathrooms as well. Would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking for a local space with multiple separate rooms to work and be creative from! Also, the owner, Yens was very friendly and the whole process and experience was easy and professional! Will definitely use this space again! 👍👍
