Fully Renovated, Cozy 1950’s Rambler

Hello! We have a classic Americana home built in the 1950’s and recently renovated. We recently hosted a film crew here and had such a good experience and would love to do it again! We have a large open space home that feels cozy and also bright. The front of the home features an open concept living and dining area, along with a music room. Toward the back of the home a kitchen and tv room are tucked away. This Area is perfect for holding extra crewmembers and taking food breaks. We also have a master suite which the last film crew used as a make up and rest area. The Home features for additional bedrooms and three additional baths. The yard is manicured and large. There is a patio with a water feature. We are flexible and are open to you moving our furniture, painting, or whatever you need to suit your filming needs!
