Parking is available behind the building and on the street at no cost. Additional parking lot nearby.

1. Smoking of any kind in the space is prohibited. 2. The space is primarily for meetings and training purposes. Small intimate celebrations such as baby showers, graduations, family gatherings, etc. are fine. Parties are not allowed. NOTE: If you're unsure, don't hesitate to ask us prior to booking. 3. Decorating of the space is limited. Balloons, tablecloths and centerpieces are acceptable. 4. Refundable Security Deposit: Meetings and Trainings require a refundable security deposit of $50. Small Celebrations require a refundable security deposit of $100. The deposit, paid via CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal, is primarily to cover cost of any damaged or soiled tablecloths @ $15.00 each. Costs that exceed the deposit will be charged to the guest. NOTE: If you’re serving food we recommend that you bring your own tablecloths to avoid charges and ensure a full refund of your deposit. 5. Outside catering is permitted (no cooking onsite). 6. The hand-painted mural is priceless. However any damage to the mural will be valued at $3,000. 7. All Peerspace bookings are for time booked. NOTE: Any additional time needed for setup/cleanup must be included in the time reserved. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
